Young People With Purpose
There are some patterns that most of the young people we've seen who are purposeful have gone through and they go through it in their own individual way though. Observing and having a mentor or observing a model of purposefulness is a very powerful inducer of purpose for young people. And then there are a number of other things to the pattern too, finding out for example what your particular gifts are. This can take a long time but usually by 20, everything is improved for most youth.
