The Limitations of Rights
Rights are relationships, relationships, way to conceive of relationships between persons. In the case of something like abortion, a lot has to do with how we interpret what's going on. I think it doesn't follow for two reasons: One, there is a human being there, the child has a right to live. But also, it's simply not necessary that the right to end that life is necessary to the equality of women to participate within society. And so that has to be sorted out.
