Roxanne Gay: Every single day I just wonder what on earth is going on in this world. The challenge for me is that this is the one week a year when people care what black people think. And so I appreciate the enthusiasm that everyone is demonstrating and at the same time it's a little exhausting because you should have this enthusiasm for diversity and inclusion all year round.
