The ergonomics and how you go back and forth. I think what people need to do is stuff like what you're doing with rock, actually making some of this usable. Most of the innovation in Elm was the usability parts, not the actual constructs. And if you want learn more about certain things, you need things like proofs. That's a totally different skill set than what I've developed in industry.
