When a trigger would come or an upset would arise, i would just use those early workbook lessons. I would always go five, six, seven, eight with myself whenever i started to get upset. When jesus says, anger is never justified, he's saying you have no basis for anger. It's always some kind of error or distortion tis trying to get hold of your mind whenever you get angry. And pardon or forgiveness is always justified. You're letting your small self be released and coming back to that wholeness in that magnitude.
