Instant Forgiveness - The Choice With No Downside

A friend suggested to me, why not just try instant forgiveness? And I was intrigued. What is one of the quotes that I always loved is that holding a grudge is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. So the choice to forgive even before you've seen it has just fundamentally changed my life.
