If It's the Wrong Thing, It's Not

In the good old days, maybe there was a little more of this hierarchy, a boss was all powerful. That has changed, i think, to day, increasingly in organization. It's so important for you to have a situation where the boss is not sir god. He's just another person. And we need to be able to tell him if there's a problem. We need to set an example out that will help us to insure that organizations stay on track.
