John Moran, a Teen Boy, Allegedly Punched a Teenage Boy at His Head and Threatened Him With a Gun
John Moran is accused of repeatedly punching a teenage boy at his head and threatening him with a gun. The victim told police that John Moran was 23, punched him 12 or 13 times on a pickup basketball game at John's house. He claimed that Moran and a friend hit him so hard that it left a large not on his head, which police observed himself. Local prosecutors reportedly reviewed the case and declined to file charges.
