Scientists haven't been sure if there was one huge ice age on mars or multiple ice ages spread out over millions of years Now a new study announced by researchers at colgate university is helping to answer those questions. It suggests that mars has undergone anywhere from a half dozen to 20 ice ages in the past several hundred million years The peer-reviewed findings were published in the journal proceedings of the national academies of science On january 26th just a couple days ago.
