I think Congress should be doing, and in a broader sense, let's start with saying AI needs to follow the law. We have a lot of rules on civil liberties and civil rights. Let's not have a carve-out for AI. What we know about social media now, we would not have carved it out of the communication and decency act a couple of decades ago. Young women are because of images they're seeing are leading them to cutting themselves. That's not acceptable. This probably would not have happened if the same rules that radio and TV had at the time would have applied.
