The Importance of Strategic Work
A lot of my job is just simply kind of being there in a part of conversation, conversations and sharing information with people. And I would say that my work as a therapist was absolutely the most influential in that. My goal is basically to be able to enact the influence that I need to enact without ever having to rely on the authority that I've given. Especially in game development, there are people who are so passionate about the things that they put forward.
