How to Find the Right Candidate for Your Business
The first conversation in the lot should be a lot more of getting to know what the motivations are, what the mindset is. The most important thing at that juncture is to have as much transparent feedback from the client to the part search partner, search partner to the candidate. Candidate back to the search partner has to be a two-way stream of information.
