Is There a Geopolitical Aspect to IP?

I think even if you discount the IP aspect in terms of private companies, I think there's also a certain level of geopolitics that countries would like to play with this. And so a country would usually look to maximize the diplomatic fruits from the crisis. So do you think it's quite sad that the death of so many people and the suffering of so much has not changed our approach to global health at all. We are still thinking about this as 194 parties. We are notthinking about this as one WHO or one world. It is everybody's responsibility.
