I tried that on a handful of clients like for free basically and saying all right let's see if this thing works. After after lining out all these features and aligning them with value and with the customers we ultimately realized what we are set out to do which is customer messaging. I'm not gonna go into details but after selling that cake on a stick for a while you get smart enough to understand that you are doing something wrong. It took me a long time to get there well I can tell our listeners that we did this exercise for user list so it's fully decomposed and I can totally testify to the magic of this method.
