The SRE program, I started doing embedded engagements. There's there's multiple engagement models for SRE. And the one that people tend to think about from from Google is I built out an entire team so you can write features and we'll share a little bit of on call with you. That's a classic Google model. In contrast, which I think makes a lot sense, a lot of sense for for teams that aren't as gigantic as Google is you take an engineer or two and you embed them on the engineering team.
