I think especially for things like social impact sections and unenforced norm feels in some ways when it succeeds far more powerful than something that is enforced, right? Not everybody who is working on capabilities is going to have the expertise needed for a robust social impact. People have their different expertise and contributions. What's important here is not to diminish the expertise of people who work on more of the ethics and safety side. I really want to talk about race dynamics because that is something you mentioned earlier and throws an even larger wrinkle into some of the conversations we're having.
