The De-Icing of Flight Nighty
Neither engine inlet plugs nor pito static covers were installed during the de-icing of flight nighty. There's no information available in regard to the effectiveness of anti-icing procedures and protecting aircraft from icing, which relates to time and environmental conditions. The replacement of the nozzle on the de-ice vehicle with a non-standard part resulted in the application of a less concentrated ethylene glycol solution than intended. And this next one covers something that we didn't really get into; I'll explain it a bit.
