The Importance of Breath Work
I talked about this in my episode on nervous system regulation, but I just use this five minute class on the open app called the Perfect Breath. The breath work itself can help to like bring everything back to center, like signal to the body. Even sitting in the midst of fear around something, like I'm imagining you about to publish your first podcast episode and you're feeling so nervous about it. Just sitting there and being with the fear but breathing through it is so powerful.
