The Right Time to End the COVID-19 National and Public Health Emergency?
Mike Downey: To much of the U.S. population, the pandemic is done. The public health emergency is over. But in reality, we continue to see COVID activity in this country. We are clearly beyond the emergency phase of the pandemic. He says there's never really going to be a right time to say that the pand epidemic is over.
