Nuclear expert Paul Blanche joined forces with public watchdogs to petition the NRC on flooding and tsunami concerns. They were petitioning that there was never any test done for temporary canisters containing nuclear waste, 100 feet from the ocean. Sanonofre is very close to three or four intersecting fault lines,.
