The UK Needs a Plan

The UK needs a 20-year plan, says John Defterios. The media dominates all their thinking and makes them entirely short-term in a world that requires long-term thinking. If politicians are to go for a massive fix then the UK could be on board for the next half decades. That won't be very easy for people, particularly the people living over there.
