The San Francisco Fountain
The fountain design was not immediately popular with city planners. It contains 673 blocks of granite weighing somewhere between three and four million tons. Chris adams has worked in the plaza for more than 20 years. When that fountain blew water, it was supposed to work with the wind. If the wind blew too far, the water was supposed to go down.
