There's an entire section of an agreement when you purchase the team or sell a team that relates to lawsuits. It's something called an assumed liability. So now the angels have to figure out, as tey're going through the sales process, this lawsuit. Add it to the list m l b a, to figure out how do we get rid of this lawsuit? With an international draft, all of this fraud will go away. All of these kids who are being promised things, it will gone away. But what they're not telling you is that what the international draft will not do is fill up the roster. Every team has a full dominican league roster. They have a full academy
