Hydrogen hubs are also where we will see providers of what I call CCS as a service applying their trade dealing with process emissions from the cement and other industries. Small modular nuclear plants perhaps paired up with electrolysis or other industrial processes that can be turned down in the event of a power supply crunch to deliver yet more flexibility to the system. So you want a hydrogen economy? Forget your local petrol station. It's in heavy industrial clusters like these that you're likely to find it.
