The Four Needs of Leadership
Leaders or managers should think through that lens of the four needs as they're thinking about their communication style. I found it really useful in leadership team blend sessions where the leaders are coming together and talking about their talent themes. It's a good reminder that those we lead have needs. And these are people who have, they're not perfect. They have bad days,. Sometimes they're terrible days. And that we've got to account.
