How Do You Reach Out to People in Your Network?

I don't often say I'm actively looking for work but to be honest this many years down the track I'm not often. But I do find just posting updates and clippings to my LinkedIn profile is a good way to keep front of mind. And if you do kind of get a referral from someone that you know or someone in your network I would definitely send them a thank you. We often forget to do that but it means so much to that other person and they remember you. Of course and that comes back to relationship building, relationship marketing, not neglecting your network we just touched on that earlier.
