The Importance of Arbitrage in E-Commerce
When an e-commerce business is growing that rapidly, you need to be reinvesting a lot of the profits just in additional inventory anyway. Arbitrage usually does not last very long because markets can be pretty efficient and people find out and kind of just like rush in. And so I think the smart play would have been to just kind of like max out the opportunity in the moment, take the money off the table and just kind oflike look for the next thing. That's kind of in hindsight what I think would have been the correct play.
