In switzerland, in panama, in singapore, there are three or four jurisdictions that i think, have this. It's called a foundation, actually, but i don't know the precise legal term for it. They're sort of a a separate set of stewards of that organization. And you have to be into credit and investor kind of then, cause people could look at them as shares, as opposed to utility tokens.
