The History of Japan's Blowfish Market

Yamaguchi prefecture is known as the Shimone-esque area, and there's a very large fish market. The Haidori market pride themselves on selling the most Blowfish anywhere in Japan. Another food that's also very popular in the area is called the Kaura Sobu Noodle. And even though I have not had it quite a bit myself, there's actually a lot of free range chicken that has grown down here.
