This is the Holy Spirit without preventing the natural personality and intentions of the author to be reflected inspired the text. He may not have even known that he was writing the third gospel. The Holy Spirit preserves him from error, but he's just going around doing his thing that's let the earth bring forth. Let Luke andlet him do it without error.
