i would say a very strong majority of people, i would tend to bet even a lot of traditional democratic voters, in their heart of hearts, think, all right, this has obviously gone a little bit too far. And yet, for some reason it doesn't uch. How do we account for this anomaly? Imen there are some economic anomalies i can account for that. But hown athing like this, where the things we're being asked to believe are ridiculous on their face and nobody really believes it, how do you account for why it persists? I mean, an entire industry has grown up around the stuff. The sugar subsidies continue, even though they benefit a tiny minority
