Man City vs Arsenal - What's the Difference?

The best two teams in the league possibly right now are Man City and Arsenal. It's a big dilemma because we have game with 10 and 11 coming up followed by a blank for those two teams. Are we overlooking these amazing assets just for the sake of game week 12? Do we have to hop on someone like a photon who has Southampton this week? I'm deliberating this week as well, isn't it?
