The council for national policy, known as the c and p, really got going in the early eighties. This is a very secretive, shadowy group whose membership is still supposed to be entirely secret. What they've done since the eighties is is really push in institutions like universities and courts to get their people involved. They were schooled from their time at university, all working towards this goal of of overturning rove wade. The republicans have just used every inch of power within their grasp. And that is really bein pushed through by this councel for national policy.
