The Fear of Continuous Deployment

If I want continuous deployment, not delayed deployment, I'll be thinking about that the rest of the day or the week or the month. People will say, oh, I'm, I've got a desktop app. I can't do continuous deployment. It's an architecture, by the way. That's the answer of that one. What else?
