There's a large chance that she is in love with Mitch or at least is feeling what she believes to be love. It sounds like she had very strong feelings for him before this even happened. Imagine putting Xavier through he would have had a feeling of I may lose my brother at some point and then you go and do this to him. So our whole advice of having her leave them both because I'm like what happens if she does leave them both but like stays friends with Mitch and Xavier.
