The Fall Home Buyer's Market
It just feels like the window is shrinking. We're in April. If it's the end of May or mid-May when we stop seeing that, that's not a very good purchase market and we desperately need that. While new listings data was at all time lows, we just had one of the biggest month-to-month sales prints ever. So demand is you know people list their homes and then you know you get a quick purchase doesn't necessarily add to the acting active listingsjust because the active listings are days on the market in inventory growth.
