The FDA Eliminated Safeguards With Regard to Mepiprostone
The plaintiffs argue that the studies themselves are inadequate. They did so under conditions or safeguards like requiring an ultrasound that they didn't require when the drug was actually prescribed. So this would be an example of that arbitrary and capricious. Just one example of that and I'm, and correct me if I'm wrong, was one example of those, the FDA maybe later on allowing Mepiprostone to be used for adolescent girls.
