I would encourage someone to consult with a professional who does financial modeling and forecasting, definitely a team effort. A lot of it was done through trial and error in certain cases. If we bought a farm and we thought saw that things could be done differently, next time we would do it differently. So you have to kind of ballpark some of this based on best guess, I would imagine. Yes, if it hasn't been done. Of course, there's no other way.
