Pregnancy and Placenta Acreta

If there's a high suspicion for placenta acreta, then we start making plans for te surgical day right away. Bed ress is not part of the treatment, but kelvic rest, meaning no intercourse, is part of our recommendation. I see them at least every month and do an ultra sound about every month to follow the location of the placenta. And i i kind of treat patients a little bit more, i don't want to say preciously, but alittle bit more attentionally than other patients.
