The big question was risk, right? So how do we distribute risk across all the different parties so that it makes sense for everyone? We get stuck in this myopic thinking of, it's either your risk or my risk, but maybe there's another way. You could distribute the risk evenly to the third party and they still had a financial interest in it where it made sense for them to be able to take on that risk.
