Biden has every intention of running now, but he's due to a psychologically in decline. It's very rare that an incumbent president gets defeated in a primary. The opposition party is running around the country and they cannot shut the fuck up about a stolen election. You should be able to beat these guys with half your brain tied behind your back - you can't do it.
