The Intentional Line
The correlated history that the church gives us has very little relationship with real history. The curriculum is moving slowly in the right direction, but I think it's creating some conflicts when a person who read saints is going to watch this podcast and think that we're making stuff up because they read saints. Some members of the church have an over-inflated sense of accomplishment when they read Saints. They feel like they've done the heavy lifting and the burden is now gone for them.
