The Threat of Nationalism in Turkey

The fact that Turks have developed this sense of threat and fear is not just like a fantasy. And I also think that the immigration issue, Syrian refugees, millions of different kinds of refugees, it's not, as we said, only Syrians. There are Afghans. And there is also the real estate problem. You have a lot of foreigners buying real estate in Istanbul, especially. They are raising the prices really high up. So someone from middle class or upper middle class who has a decent paying job is no longer able to afford to buy a house.
