How to Declare a Blocker in Combat

Declare attacker step is when you can do things to your own creatures. Declare blocker step is when we declare blockers, so you want to make sure you do things. Combat damage step is when the actual damage happens. End of combat is one to make sure there's an opportunity for extra damage or something.
