Allan, Is It Worth It to Leave the Light On?
"Tawny, there are two possibilities here. One is that you are forgetting to turn out the grow lights and leaving that work for allan to do," says homkins. "You did not quote the settled law of this court that one should be mindful of the work one leaves for others", he adds. Homkins: I have some frustration with people who leave the light on and don't turn it off. And sometimes if i wake up at three a m and there's a light on in the living room that will be extremely distracting to me, and it will make me feel unrested."
