As children, we get scolded for being a certain way as kids right? And we also get praised for being another way as children. So when mam and dad said, oh, my god, you're such a good girl for doing that, or for acting that way,. We really exaggerate that about ourselves. It becomes even more of our personality, because we're like, this gets me love and acceptance, and this doesn't. Therefore i become essentially the plit personality, where i hide certain aspects of myself and really exaggerate other aspects of myself.
