There was an early doubling of the postpartum hemorrhage rate in the group that received pranolol. I think if this would have been successful, it would be wonderful to have commonly used easily available drugs that could potentially reduce the cesarean delivery rate. But certainly, although it didn't reach statistical significance, the fact that the hemorrhage rate doubled from 10% to 20%, I think certainly a concern with using this drug in this setting. Yeah.
