Watching a video or watching someone's face is very different from being able to read text on a screen. People wan't stuff to look good, whatever it may be. You might say you want control, but if we handle it for you, then may se better. Or maybe you do want the control, and that's fine too. Well, i guess you guys are all in the learning space here.
