Power U's Cyclic Developmental Tier Approach to Participation

Power U no longer has to bring new members into campaigns that have been going for five years or more. The cyclical nature of this process allows Power U to solely escalate the involvement and protagonist of those who remain engaged in the organization. As the budget process completes, Power U cycles back into recruitment mode. Members can now participate in the same activities that initially brought them into the organization.
