The Importance of Focusing on One Thing

I do not like calling sellers cold call. In fact, it's unmotivating. It's not exciting. When I have a seller on the phone that somebody else has already found that has motivation like a cold collar, I could stay on the phone with sellers all day long. If it's a seller that has problems, even their hard to negotiate with and they're challenging, I find fun in that. And so when Brent Daniel says you just need to talk to people, he's actually right. So you have to bite the bullet and do some of the things you don't want to do. That's where the Avatar series came in.
